A hui will be held in Hawera at 3pm tomorrow Wednesday 7th at Te Korowai o Ngaruahine Trust Office to finalise seating and to discuss kaupapa pertaining to the day celebrations.
A run sheet has been attached for your information. Any changes will be finalised at Wednesday hui.
It is important to note that no vehicles will be permitted inside Parihaka. The bus, however, is allowed to take passengers to the Aotea tomokanga. Once passengers have disembarked, the bus will then drive onto the allocated parking.
Please note that time-frames for the day are very specific so it is imperative that we coincide with the times given for powhiri etc.
If we could have everyone using the bus, RSVP via email or call the office at the number below. This would greatly assist preparations.
