Hinerangi Raumati -Tu’ua

Hinerangi Raumati-Tu’ua is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit. She has significant financial, investment and general management experience. She has been CFO of Tainui Group Holdings and Executive Director of Operations for Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. Hinerangi is also an experienced governor and is Chair of Parininihi ki Waitotara Inc., Te Kiwai Maui o Ngāruahine Ltd, Te Pou Herenga Pakihi Ltd. Hinerangi is on the board of Watercare Services Ltd, Tainui Group Holdings Ltd, Taranaki Iwi Holdings Ltd, Moana NZ Ltd, Sealord Group Ltd and Port Nicholson Fisheries GP Ltd. Hinerangi was also a member of the Tax Working Group in 2018.
