Register

Descendants of Ngāruahine Iwi can register with Te Korowai o Ngāruahine Trust by completing the online registration form. Registering with your Iwi is voluntary, however we actively encourage you to register and encourage your whānau to register as well.

To be eligible as a member on the Ngāruahine register you must be able to affiliate to the Iwi and to one or more of the six Hapū through whakapapa. As a registered member you will be kept informed of Te Korowai o Ngāruahine Trust activities through publications, electronic media, and hui.

You can help by encouraging and assisting:

  • whānau, kaumātua and rangatahi to register; and
  • by notifying us of any changes to your contact details, births and family
    passings.

The register sets the foundation for Te Korowai decisions around Iwi support and initiatives.
